The best thing about this system is that I can use it from anywhere in the world with high quality communication through my mobile or computer. It has great tools for team members who need to communicate with other departments. Some of the functions are not as intuitive so you have to learn how they work. There isn't much room for customization when choosing what calls go where. We needed an easy way to connect our remote employees together into one place without having them all call each other. This allows us to make sure everyone stays connected at their desks while also allowing our directors to manage the entire business from home. Our staff loves being able to talk back and forth via zoom meetings. They don't feel like we're missing anything by not having them working physically next to each other.
