I like that you can create multiple lists, which is quite useful if your business has different departments or clients with their own needs/interests (ie; one list for HR & Benefits, another for Sales). Sending emails from other services such as Gmail doesn't allow you to send to specific email addresses within an organization. Also, there are no automated reports available so it's difficult to keep track of who opened what, etc. If you're looking to reach all employees at once, rather than segmenting them by department, then this service may be helpful. This allows us to communicate to all members of a given team without having separate accounts for everyone.
