I like this rinse. I've been using it to keep my teeth white for years, but this year at the age of 65 I got braces made out of clear plastic. You should brush them and your teeth after anything you put in your mouth except plain water. It's a lot of brushing and toothpaste and I had to start using Colgate Sensitive Toothpaste which helped stop the pain in sensitive teeth. Always cleaning trays is boring and after a week they don't taste fresh no matter how hard you clean them, so I fill a cup of Optic White and let them sizzle for 10 minutes and they're back in my mouth. clean and good tasting. It's gotten harder to find in stores so I'm ordering here now. This is a great product.
