matched the old pump perfectly, but the fuel gauge didn't work.
Matches the old pump perfectly. This fixed my problem with the lack of fuel in the injectors. Unfortunately, the built-in tank level sensor did not work when it was replaced, which is why my fuel gauge showed an empty value for all levels. It's not a big issue for me as it's a stock car with limited use so it's easy to keep up with the fuel economy. I'm sure this would be considered a server issue for most people as you will need to pull it out for testing or replace it to fix this issue.
