At the current price of $39.99 this would be a reasonable price if everything works, but it doesn't. The box contains a hair dryer, a user sheet, two concentrators (small and medium), two concentrator combs (large and large) and a diffuser. While I didn't have to do this, sometimes the plug needs to be plugged in before the first press of the red button or it won't turn on. In my case it just worked. There are three controls on the front. Cold shot button and high, low and off speed which is the second button. The last button at the bottom is high, medium and low temperature. None of the keys are labeled, but they're easy to remember. Attaching and removing attachments is very easy. Unfortunately there are only two hubs left. The reason for this is that they are installed in the nose of the dryer. The combs and diffuser clip onto the nose of the dryer and fall off. I can't use this hair dryer with these three tools because no matter how hard I press to shrink them, they just aren't strong enough to stay on the dryer. The cable swivels, but I wouldn't call it a swivel cable, but it works in a similar way. . So this is a good hair dryer if you don't need to use any tools. The controls are easy to use. However, since all tools do not work, I award 2.5 stars here.
