Review on Amana Spiral Acrylic Cutting Up Cut Cutting Tools by Brett Slater

We use this end mill on our workstation on our CNC to cut 1/4" and 1/8" acrylic. We almost exclusively use Amana bits in our CNC because 1) they are well made and 2) Amana gives you all the information you need to get started with them. We were new to the CNC world so learning feeds, speeds, chip loading and IPM was quite a challenge. Amana gives you the basic settings for each shot - with a little tweaking, these settings were perfect for us to get nice, smooth cuts with the 46313.
