I have had intestinal problems for years which have definitely contributed to my skin problems. Between Candida Overgrowth and Leaky Gut, I was determined to radically change both what I consume and all the foods I use on my body. I have used all natural products but knew that finding an all natural toner would be the hardest part given the complexities of my skin and the number of products out there. So I did a little research and decided on the Himalaya Botanique brand. I've been using it for a little over three weeks and I'm really shocked at the results. A word of caution: I've come a long way to transforming my gut so it definitely worked, but this stuff has worked wonders for my skin. I immediately noticed how my skin had changed after using it. Really smooth, not too dry but not greasy, and it has a nice smell. A few days after using I had a slight flare which I expected as it was a new product that my skin had never experienced before. It cleared up and I started seeing some real results between 1-2 weeks. I use it on my face, neck, chest and back and my acne is gone and looks better than it has been in years. I would suggest if you are serious I would consider using an all natural shampoo/soap because I think it has had a beneficial effect in every way. Anyway, I'm definitely reordering this and I'm glad I found a permanent, all-natural solution for my skin.
