The ease of use in creating our own form, tracking results through various channels including salesforce analytics etc., ability to create multiple variations with different fields/content. No specific dislike at this time but I do wish there was more flexibility when it comes to customizing content within pages (for example - how many words can be displayed before scrolling). We have been able solve most problems we came across by asking their support team via chat or email which has made us feel very comfortable using them as part of our overall CRM strategy.
