These grinders are very well made and work great. They grind easily and quickly, hold a large amount and are big enough to be easy to handle. They easily grind coarse salt. After years of using a slow and heavy spinning pepper mill, this is a real treat. Excellent customer service. When my coffee grinders arrived I wanted to take a look at the mechanism, so I disassembled one of them (which isn't difficult). During reassembly, I forgot a small plastic disc to put between the grinder and the adjustment cap, making it difficult to set the grind level. I emailed A&M Online and received a response within hours even though it was a Sunday which led me to the exploded view of the mechanism. Then I realized I hadn't included the washer when I assembled the mechanism and a careful search found it on the floor where it had fallen. The washer back in the mechanism works great.
