Review on 🦷 Crest 3D White 1-Hour Express Teeth Whitening Kit - 8 Strips by Kelvin Understanding

I bought 4 packs of these strips and my husband and I use them. I already have very sensitive teeth but I was willing to go through pain to have whiter teeth. The first few days were a bit uncomfortable but far from unbearable and by day 4 they were completely back to normal. My teeth are about 3 shades whiter and the result lasted about 3 months and I drink both coffee and red wine (I know, bad girl). My husband had no sensitivity and performed 2 treatments a week, the second lasting almost 3 hours. He got about 3 tones lighter but it took 2 sessions and he seems to have only lasted a little over 2 months and drinks both coffee and red wine (bad boy I know). I think the results definitely depend not only on the person, but also on their lifestyle (how much acid, coffee, cigarettes, etc. they consume). I've heard that yellow teeth are easier to whiten than gray teeth. So if you have gray teeth, this definitely won't work. I also know that professional whitening comes with some discomfort and costs between $300 and $500, although laser whitening is best and usually starts at $500. I am very happy with my $30 investment. I definitely recommend it and will definitely buy it again. Update: I've found that using 3D White toothpaste really helps keep them white. My husband also uses mouthwash but it causes me extra sensitivity in my teeth although it doesn't bother him at all. I've also tried the Optic White line and got great sensitivity, so I'm sticking with 3D White.
