The first chair I received was obviously not broken until my son sat on it and the wheel fell off and the chair underneath fell out. It's good that he is a nimble boy and managed not to fall to the ground. It turned out that the plastic on the inside of the chair leg was broken and the wheel didn't fit. I asked for a replacement and then the second chair I received had a cracked piece of plastic on the leg so the caster wouldn't stay in place. I'm really frustrated right now because I don't have the huge boxes anymore and they want me to send both chairs back! Three kids, no childcare, a full-time job during a pandemic is the last thing I want to deal with. Also, UPS is about 30 minutes away from me.
