Does what it's supposed to do
Works well and helped me confirm I wasn't just a pushover in the Texas heat and that my car air conditioner was really too hot. A trip to the mechanic later and it turned out I had low Freon levels. They poured paint into the system but couldn't immediately detect a leak. The thermometer now confirms my air conditioner is blowing at the correct temperature and lets me keep an eye on it in case it starts rising again and I need to reset it so they can find where the paint is. flowed out. The blue wedge between the 40 and 50 marks makes it easy to determine the correct temperature at a glance. Works exactly as expected.
