Excellent! I make eggs and fry sourdough 6 inches. Use a pan large enough so the center is "flat". I grease the mold with some coconut oil/ghee. Cover with a lid, cook for a few minutes. Then pour some water outside the ring, close the lid and let it steam for a minute or two. Now I can remove the ring with no problem. Place the ring in a bowl of water (super easy to clean). Now I can keep cooking eggs or bread while it's holding its shape until I'm ready to flip it. Love it! (I sautΓ© the onions in ghee/coconut oil. Add the ring to the pan. Pour my appetizer over the onions. Sprinkle with my sea salt, garlic powder, parsley mixture. WOW!
