One side of the top of the mirror is dented. Not happy with the dent. The corner of the box was crumpled in the corner. Sockets, USB plugs, everything works perfectly. The brightness is excellent, the dimming is also excellent. I need an exchange for this mirror! Also heavy can be lifted a little, I'm about 5ft 113lbs, have to wait a bit if you're wondering if you sit down and your top isn't showing or it's touching the top of the lights. For me it is not. I'm 5ft tall and have a HUGE headroom. I bought this Hollywood vanity to style my hair while sitting. Instead of taking a bath from my men. I have a one bathroom, two bedroom apartment with natural hair and sometimes I wear wings. So I finally saved up for a Hollywood Mirror! What I was looking for in my mirror 1. The lights are not hot 2. The mirror covers my head when I sit down to get my hair done. 3. The light is bright because I only have one window in my bedroom. The lighting in my bedroom is very poor. I blow dry and straighten my hair because I do it every week. Finally, I'm not sure if lightbulbs can be replaced or not. There are screws on the back that are still looking. Need a replacement
