Fits perfect Holes all lined up 4 screws with washers Took a full ten minutes to install I must be getting old I bought another block first and it didn't fit after playing with it An hour or so apart from trying by all means to get it to work I returned it and found My Cart to be a precedent 2016 club car with a GTW rear seat and safety rail acted. The center dimension between the mounting screws is 9.5 inches, this unit has room to slide around a bit. Satisfied also the workmanship and quality are good
