This dress is true to size.I am a size 14/ 38DD and ordered an XL.It fits perfectly.Love the length.

I am 5'8" and hits right at the bottom of the calf.The sleeves are loose and have a flutter to them without being a ruffle.I ordered this is turquoise blue.I would order another if this came in solid colors.I have worm it with sandals, and flip flops and both work.Throw on some bracelets and earrings and a heel would look cute too.
