I am very disappointed in them. Damn beautiful out of the box. Good sound, good microphone, everyone is happy. I found the mic to be a bit in the way (doesn't flip or get in the way) but I really overlooked that when I bought it and it's not a big issue with the product. 6 months later. Foam begins to erupt from the ears (see photo). A few more months and the volume control will turn off the sound for the right ear. The only way I can get sound in both ears is at 100% volume and now I have to use Windows to control the level. I didn't feel like buying another expensive set, so I accepted the issues and kept using them. Ironically, despite their issues, if you can go beyond 100% volume, they're still comfortable and functional. Now the coating on my/in my ears and the red inner foam are beginning to peel off. My most recent headset (about 20% more expensive than this) has lasted and worked for over 5 years and still wears well. I didn't even get two and a half years of it. Nothing in sound/technology has made them obsolete. However, the poor quality made them an expensive disposable headset.
