Good for its intended purpose.
I am a big fan of Aqua Quest products. I try my best to patronize them. I've been using this cool box several times a week for about 12 weeks. The construction is solid and VERY well made (like all AQ products). If you want to delay reheating your chilled soda without an ice pack, 2-3 hours is fine. With ice packs (I use Chillin Brew) it takes about 8 hours. Haven't used it with ice yet. This is good for a simple short-term option. It's also a premium dry bag if you want to use it for an application. This thing was built to last.
