These small ball heads are used for flash and light. It arrives in superb packaging in sturdy packaging in a beautiful cardboard box. Very beautiful. The construction is metal and feels premium. The ball can easily hold a big flare like the EX600 in tricky angles. If you have a 1/4 pitch tripod mount, you have a cold shoe adapter that can be used for other mounting points. or create a makeshift attachment point with a clip or unused hole. Great little product at a great price.
