I really like them as they are supposed to. But clip-on goggles add a layer of blur, no matter how close they sit to my lenses and no matter how clean I keep them. Having to strain/squint to focus adds another type of eye strain. It was nice to get them to try and I do notice a color difference when I take them off, but I'll probably see if the recipe pairs with the blue light blocking feature so I don't have to deal with blurring. Overall they are well made. So if you want to try blue-blocking lenses, it's worth the money to see if they make a difference for you.
