My experience at the Yoursfs online shop was like a farcical comedy. It was a complete and total failure on every level, from the shoddily manufactured jewelry to the wildly varying sizing. The jewelry was so cheaply made that I actually assumed I was in a toy store. I mean, if I wanted to wear jewelery that would break after one use, I could have easily fashioned it myself out of office supplies. I won't even begin to discuss the measurements. Assigning sizes seemed to have been done at random, as if a bunch of toddlers had been let free in the warehouse. I swear, I requested a small and received a shirt that could have fit an elephant. They seem to have no idea what a size guide is or how to use one. How about interaction with customers, in general? Let's just state that I think I spoke to a robot. I can usually tell when something like that is present. I think I could have received more specific and useful advice from a Magic 8 Ball than I did from the responses. In conclusion, it is recommended that you visit the Yoursfs web store only if you are in need of a good laugh and do not mind wasting your time and money. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for high-quality goods and pleasant interactions with the company's customer support.
