Not what I expected

I happily bought this as a present for my daughter for her 9th birthday. She was excited when she opened it but the instructions were just pictures! It was like trying to solve the codes. . We downloaded the app hoping for clearer instructions, no. I watched it on YouTube because everything is on YouTube right? Not right! My daughter and I were very disappointed. Absolutely not what I expected. 3 trailers were missing. One of the included cords wasn't long enough to wrap around her wrist, so what was the point!
