Great resource if looking to automate processes and make use
I love how simple it is for people who are not tech savvy or have little coding experience but still want an AI bot solution in house! It's really helpful when you need something quickly without having tons of resources at your disposal (like me). There isn't much out there right now where someone can just get up with some basic skillset knowledge within minutes - this has been my biggest benefit so far working here as well because we're able solve problems very fast using our chatbots/AI solutions which saves us time & money overall by getting things done faster than before!!
Pros
- Easy to use, user friendly interface; great support team that helps resolve issues immediately if needed..not like other platforms were i've used previously.you could wait days until they responded back from their end..very responsive customer service!!! Love them all around :)

- Almost everything is ok
