Review on Checkered Chef Cooling Racks Baking by Jessie Lopez

This is a set of two racks that fit in a 1/4 sheet pan. Both frames arrived warped and wobbled when placed on a flat surface. The posts are a stainless steel wire structure spot welded in a square grid pattern. The edges are slightly sharp due to the manufacturing process and can be smoothed with a nail file or similar abrasive if necessary to improve the feel. Not bad quality for the money except they are not flat. I bought these earlier because they fit perfectly with Nordic's 9x13 aluminum frying pan.
