Super my opinion on my rating.

Ran a bit small but was great for my shrimp daughter.
2t was the smallest size and she has been wearing it for 18 months and it looked nice, not too big and not small.

Pros

Our great granddaughter loves cartoons so it came naturally to her

Cons

My daughter didn't even have time to put it on. Came with a tear.
