*Upgraded Rating* I'm updating my rating from 4 stars to 1. These fans just aren't reliable. Since my original review, 3 more of these fans have had bearing failures. One was the one I bought to replace the original broken one. They seem to last about 6 months and then start rattling and eventually get so wobbly that they stay put. It's a shame because no other big company makes addressable RGB fans in such a thin form factor, but I can't recommend them. If you want thin fans, you probably run them in a cramped case where replacing them is a big hassle and you need to replace them frequently. a really tight chassis for cooling the RTX 2080ti and 9900k with a fan curve that favors silence over most of their range. My temperatures are quite acceptable, staying at around 60 degrees on the GPU and 70 degrees on the CPU under extreme loads. Older or less demanding games have much cooler temperatures. I'm very impressed given the slim profile, cramped design and the fact that I'm using a smaller heatsink area than recommended. Also, they seem to be the only thin RGB fans on the market, which is a shame, but they do their job very well. They work great with my MSI z390 Edge which includes RGB control with splitters and a hub (the mobo only has a 3-pin RGB connection). The only thing that worries me is that after about 6 months one in four had bearing damage. Probably just bad luck.
