Don't take them if you want a pot, but roast? Yes of course.

I love these pans they brown great BUT they are basically all the same size and depth except the pan will be a medium sized pan but they are exactly the same size and let me tell you that the size is not very deep, you won't be able to make a stew for more than 3 meals. A bit disappointed with the lack of size variation but the quality is top notch and they work great.
