Good, But Not Great - Laptops

Well designed, durable construction. The keyboard is pleasantly tactile but a bit small. The touchpad is solid, with a strong punch when pressed, although the surface is a bit rough. Unfortunately, the fans run almost constantly, even when nothing is being done. This makes operation in a quiet office quite annoying. There is some coil noise when the fans are off, but it's not a big deal. The included Razer keyboard control software is terrible. I just wanted it to be white like a regular non-slot machine and the software so slow and cumbersome to use. I think Razer should make the software for its non-gaming Razerbook series much simpler and easier to use. If you really want flashing keyboard lights to match your music on your "pro" computer, download their more sophisticated software.
