This thing ruined my favorite hat. I washed it in the dishwasher like the top shelf said and the shape didn't hold at all. The top was wrinkled and creased, and the bill completely lost its shape. It had soap marks so I figured it could be used in the washing machine and it's already completely lost its shape so why not? He removed most of the remains, but as you can imagine, he really lost his shape and developed hooks and holes in himself. It was a New Age hat. Do yourself a favor, wash your hands with a toothbrush and avoid this terrible product.
