I like that it's simple, easy to use, and allows me to organize my grooming schedule in one place without having to keep copies of notes or documents scattered around. It helps tremendously when you have multiple appointments throughout the day. Sometimes there are times where they don't update immediately, so be sure to check if your appointment has been added before leaving work! Also the customer service can really get stuck sometimes. The support team isn’t always available for immediate answers. This makes managing appointments hard since some updates take time to process to become active. Organizing all my appointments into one app has saved me tons of paper clutter. With the groomer scheduling platform I was able to set up recurring weekly payments automatically through Square Cash, which made paying clients much easier! I liked all of it, however i disliked that you can't go back in time but when adding an item into your inventory or if there are errors with them they will not let me know until next day of purchase which makes things frustrating because its something so easy! just try this out guys!! It's much better than anything else we've used before at our store as well. You won’t regret trying Groopropos. !
