Excellent Mobile Payment provider for UK retailers
I like that it has so many different options to choose from, as well as having multiple payment platforms (paypal/google wallet).
It's not very intuitive or user friendly overall - but they are working hard at making improvements! The best thing about Ascend is their customer service team; always quick to reply back with any questions you may have regarding your account setup etc. They also do an excellent job of keeping up date with all changes in legislation such as GDPR which can be quite overwhelming when setting everything up yourself if this was previously done by someone else who understood what needed doing better than us!! We use Ascend primarily because we want our customers' data secure whilst being able to offer them additional incentives via mobile app payments through Google Wallet & PayPal.
