This charger was quite cheap so I didn't know what to expect in terms of quality. So far it seems to be good. It has an outer fabric braid around the wire like some aftermarket lines, rather than being fully rubber wrapped like most OEM lines. Some people have preferences of one form or another. I do not know. The two requirements for me would be how well the plugs fit my devices and how well the cable allows the devices to be charged. Fits three phone charging ports I've tried as well as any other type. C charger that I used. When fully installed, there is no place for anything to wobble or come loose. I had some concerns about charging performance when my phone first showed an adaptive charging message, saying that charging would be complete by 7am. That would be around nine hours for a full charge. Given that I'm charging from a USB outlet and not a laptop or other device, nine hours would be ridiculous if it reflected the amount of power going into the device. It turns out that adaptive charging is a setting on my phone related to battery life extension. The second image I upload shows the charging curve for the second phone that is not configured for adaptive charging. You can see the battery level soar when I plug it in. It looks like it will take around 90 minutes to go from 29% to a full charge. It's not exactly "fast charging", but not bad considering I pulled two devices from the same USB outlet. In general there are no complaints. Long-term wear and tear needs to be addressed, but the problem I wanted to solve was charging three devices with two USB ports. This $6.99 cable solved that problem.
