After using it for a longer period of time, my evaluation and rating both changed. The finished product did not live up to the hype around it. It works well enough as a lamp, but I wouldn't recommend it for use as a "smart" lamp at all. Has pros: Laconic, which changes color under a wide range of warm and cool illumination, is visually appealing when hung on the ceiling. Con: It only functioned properly with the declared qualities for a little over a month. Both the native application and mihome have stopped attempting to determine it at this point. He knows Alice, but he sometimes gets "lost" from the wireless network; this is the reason why he only answers to voice commands one time out of every five times you ask him to. The router and the settings for the network were not altered.
