Fits my unshielded CAT6A riser.
In my networking project I actually used two different RJ45 stretch shoes, this one and another brand and color. These worked fine. No problem sliding the cable up and down; no problem sliding over RJ45s. I will say the other brand was thicker and had a bar which I prefer a bit.
