I bought this because I've been a dentist for 20 years and the patient told me he uses this for flossing so I checked it out. If you use this to brush your teeth, be aware that you are flossing incorrectly and don't be surprised if your dentist tells you you have gingivitis or worse. It doesn't clean the spaces between your teeth at all.
