Review on 💦 Johnson Pumps 10-13407-07 Aqua Jet 5.2 Washdown Pump 12V by Suhas Payton

Bought for use on my charter boat. I've used this make/model before and it works fine except that if it's installed in a humid location the pressure switch will fail and you have to disable that feature. However, it arrived without any of the red clamps to hold the ends of the tubing. Not a big deal but annoying as it would be nice to get the product assembled properly so I can install and be done with it. Called Johnson Pumps to get another and ran into a snotty support girl. The girl laughed and mocked me when I said "I got a pump from you brand new in the box" when I bought it from Amazon, but it was obvious that I meant I got a Johnson pump . Nowadays it's unbelievable that someone with that kind of attitude can actually work in customer service and after receiving an incomplete piece of equipment it was a good kick in the balls. They packed the device without all the parts, the last thing the buyer has to deal with is bad customer service when trying to get the device working. No apologies from the girl even for the incomplete device. So now I have to email them a copy of my Amazon invoice to prove that I apparently bought it. They know because there is such a demand for these cheap plastic parts on the black market and the scammers are uploading them. My next pump will not be a Johnson pump. There are too many pumps on the market to deal with that kind of customer service.
