I bought these hangers for my suits and NHL and MLB jerseys and I am very happy with my purchase. I chose them over other similar wooden hangers because they are lighter, contain three times more hangers and are not prone to possible insect infestation like some of the wooden hanger reviews. Hangers need to be assembled. You screw in a metal hook and then attach a pant bar to the underside of the hanger. Took me about 5 minutes and it was very easy. They come with a sheet of paper with instructions, but you won't need it. The hangers themselves are light and sleek. There are no areas where I would be concerned about an item if the garment is "tangled or snagged". The pant bar is actually in two parts so you can hang your pants on the bar and then fold the second bar down over it so it presses firmly against your pants and the bottom bar to hold them securely. Very helpful. The only part I want to change is the metal hook. Since it has to be screwed directly to the hanger, it stays in one direction and cannot rotate. In the end I don't care because I have a preference for how the hanger hangs in my closet and I can choose which way to screw it in. In the end I am very happy with these hangers and if I needed more I would buy them again.
