Very practical set!

This set is good for beginners! It's perfect for home exercises. The resistance bands are of two levels, light and heavy. You can choose whichever is the most suitable for you. The ankles cuffs are well made, good quality, very durable. I've been using for months now, they still work as good as new. Love it!
