I'm 244lbs and 5"5' and the 3XL dress fit me. My measurements are a little larger than what the dress said size wise would fit. I decided to give it a try anyway, it's stretchy but not sheer. Love this dress and wearing it to a Christmas party.The only thing bad i have to say about it is that since I'm stretching it a little the zipper bubbles a little in the back. That's totally OK for me.I have really wide shoulders so it's a little tight there. But everywhere else it feels great! Would buy again in a different color.
