Review on Swimlane by David Roberts

The UI looks great! And it's got an easy to implement workflow for our use case right out of the box as well! I don't dislike anything about this software yet - but there are definitely some things that could be improved or made more intuitive/easier than they currently seem like they would need additional development effort. So far so good though, happy with how quickly we were able to onboard all three teams using swimlanes at my workplace during its recent rollouts. We've had success managing incidents better throughout their lifecycle thanks to having visibility into past events which helps us identify common trends within those types of event streams, allowing quicker resolution efforts when needed after deployment.
