The package came with a broken transparent plastic sleeve and fragments in a zippered bag. I think this is good as it allowed me to determine that two bits were wrong. Instead of one 7.5mm bit, there were two 7mm bits. Instead of 9 mm there were two 8.5 mm bits. When I checked them with my Mitutoyo caliper, I noticed that the shank diameter was questionable and out of proportion to other bits I own. Example: If I expect the shank to be slightly smaller than the specified drill diameter, some were actually oversized. Find out. Get what you pay for.
