Review on Ninjaoutreach by Christopher Bacho

I like that it allows me so much control over my campaign! The dashboard has lots of great features but sometimes there are things missing or not as clear cut/intuitively laid out some times when adding campaigns up front (for example if one day goes by without sending an eblast). Also would love more insight into how many people actually open each mail we send - currently only shows 1 number per mailing while having 2-3 different ways someone could read our newsletter depending upon where they receive emails from us which makes sense bizwise since most companies have multiple inboxes at once etc.. But just something extra helpful here might help too? Would also be nice w newsletters sent via 3rd party vendors rather than directly using ninjaoutsource's service vs others who do offer this option though still useful even then :) We use NIO mainly.
