Great for making No Knead Bread!
I ordered this about two weeks ago. It came with a silicone mat and holders in red. I needed a Dutch oven for my bread. It's pretty heavy, but has done a great job. I can use it on my gas stove as well as the oven. The color does change and become darker due to the heat so bear that in mind. I have a ringer cloth (looks like chainmail) which gently cleans it. Great purchase and loving it.
