Does exactly the opposite of what it claims: Last update

It's supposed to reduce EMI and RFI, but the meter clearly shows that it does the exact opposite and adds line noise. The output will measure 50 mV and then, linked to the isobar, read more than 700 mV. I have sent the same proof to Tripplite and am waiting for a reply. This needs to be put on an oscilloscope. I would NOT connect any AUDIO equipment to this unit. Or something else, that requires clean energy. 1. Response from the manufacturer: Dear Anthony
