Easy to use, simple interface. Reporting has improved so much over the past version of the software. Also it supports multiple languages. I really liked this and have been using it since the very first release. Great tool that can be used across industries. Really powerful analytics are available with this. Very simple interface and easy user experience. Great tool for employee leave management, attendance tracking system. Excellent reporting capabilities. The ease of use, the ability to set up recurring leave requests, and the fact that it is very easy to pay out to employees when they request their annual leave. I have not found anything in particular that I dislike about this product. It has been a great tool for my organization and allows us to be more efficient with our employee's time off. We are able to easily track leave usage and pay out to employees at the end of each year.
