Broken zipper in my order

I was able to insert a pillow filler I bought from RH for $30 but the zipper immediately jammed. I can neither close nor open. They require that ALL be returned so I can rip/cut this so I can keep MY insert or return 3 that I won't waste trying to use? What a waste as they actually looked cute but if they don't work like new they'll never last long.
