As a consumer who has just just placed an order with Hellomamma, I have to say that I was extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the products and the level of customer support that the company offered. Despite the fact that their website was simple to use and offered a wide variety of products, our overall impression was not positive. Despite following their sizing charts, the apparel and shoes that I ordered were not only of terrible quality but also did not fit me properly when I received them. The things gave the impression of being created with little care and were not worth the money that I paid for them. The jewelry was of the same poor quality, and it appeared as though it might easily become damaged. In addition, the process of returning the item was a total and complete ordeal. It took several efforts before customer service finally responded, and when they did, they were impolite and unable to provide any useful information. They made it abundantly evident that they had no interest in addressing my issue, and as a result, I was left with no choice but to either keep the things despite their terrible quality or waste even more time and money attempting to return them. In addition, the shipping took a great deal longer than anticipated, and Hellomamma did not keep me updated regarding the status of my order, which added to my irritation. In general, I am unable to promote this business, and I strongly advise consumers to avoid purchasing anything from Hellomamma.
