When I ordered them we were waiting for our new house to be completed. Today the day finally came and I opened them to start the installation. The first corner module went great! The second is not good at all. There wasn't a single rubber cap on the racks! Great way to scratch up your damn new one piece tub and plumbing! Totally unsatisfied! Where can I find these protective rubber feet now? Update!: Okay, the Hasko guys sent me a replacement for the one without the protective rubber feet. We have now installed them in both showers in our new home and they work great! From what I have read in other reviews and based on my personal experience I believe they will work well for years to come! If you install them, I would recommend that you clean the "smooth" surface with alcohol before installing. After working on the construction site for three decades, I realized that when working with suction tools, the surface MUST be perfectly clean. Even though our showers were brand new I wiped them down with rubbing alcohol and then installed the showers. I also followed the directions carefully to come back later and twist the knob a few more turns to increase the suction. The quality of materials corresponds to all the characteristics of Elite products. Take your time, clean the surface and follow all the instructions, you will love them!
