I've had this air purifier for about a week now and absolutely love it. We are a family of 4 and over time we have purchased different air filters located in different rooms. It seems to offer a lot more "cleaning" than our other HEPA filters. This device performs better than all others: 1. Super quiet! The low and medium settings are so quiet that I often checked to see if they were on. And yes, it definitely was. Airflow was still great. When I need "white noise", the fan is audible on high settings. 2. Better cleaning. Now I understand that all of our other filters are just "filters" and not cleaners. Our other units have HEPA filtration but no ionic technology, which adds another layer of air purification. Now that I've re-read the specs of my existing filters, not only does this filter do the same thing as HEPA for dust, pollen, etc., but it also kills germs3. The automatic function is awesome. Saves energy and turns on only when needed.4. The unit is well designed and seems easy to clean/maintain when needed. I don't think I'll ever call an air cleaner "attractive," but it definitely looks better aesthetically than any of our other air cleaners. So far a great product that I can only recommend. I'll probably give this unit a few more weeks to prove its effectiveness and then start replacing all the other air filters in our house.
