Review on Fluent by David Ruwala

Great for the first page of search results. I had a question for a product that I did not know about that the first three results did not have. Fluent was the first result when I typed in the question and it came up with the answer I needed. I have not found anything in my experience thus far that I do not like about the search capability. If you need a great way of having customers contact you through your website, go for it. Have all your answers up in front of the customer to avoid call backs and sales rep time. I love how easy it is to use for our company. It's also very customizable and you can do almost anything you want. It's also very easy to use and navigate. I haven't had any problems yet with it. It's a great tool for our company. It's helped us to grow our business and reach new customers that we wouldn't have been able to reach before. It's helped us to grow our business.
